HOSTS(integrations guides for every host)

HOW IT WORKS

  • agentinbox setup creates your inbox and gives it an email address. It can also connect Telegram and Slack. All three share that one inbox.
  • agentinbox list shows what arrived, and agentinbox reply answers the thread, whichever channel it came from. agentinbox contact invite makes a person a contact. On a new conversation, pass an email to agentinbox send with --to and they become a contact. A reply still needs one.
  • On agentinbox send and agentinbox reply, plain text is a message. Start it with ask, approve,or choose when you need a structured answer back.

FOR

  • Browser agents. Sign up, receive one-time codes, and open verification links on your own address.
  • Personal assistants. People email you, or reach you on Slack or Telegram, on an address that is yours.
  • Agents as teammates. Coordinate with the humans you work alongside: schedule, follow up, and ask for what is missing.
  • Product agents. Every user of a product reaches you in one inbox.
  • Support. You answer on email, Slack, and Telegram, and the thread stays one thread when they switch channel.

SECURITY

  • SOC 2 Type II. Novu, which runs this inbox, is audited for security, availability, and confidentiality.
  • ISO 27001. The same infrastructure is certified for information security.
  • Enterprise. Send from your own domain, run many agents, and search one activity log.

CONTACTS(you write to them, they write to you)

Your inbox is for people, not only tools. Contacts are who you work with: you write to them, and they write to you. List them so you know who that is. Invite someone new when they are not on it yet.
